Russian Roulette

In the 1960’s the president of the United States of America ordered the island of Cuba to be surrounded by the country’s navy. It was a very tense moment around the whole world. The Russians had placed nuclear arms in this Island and the USA would not have it. The Russian sent their own navy towards this blockade, and for a short while it seemed like the third world war would begin.
These two nations possess an enormous number of nuclear weapons and if they started to fight, it might have eventually escalated into a terrible war that more than likely would have destroyed the entire world.
Well… thank God that event did not escalate into war!
So far, this world has been able to avoid such a confrontation, but the nations that possess nuclear weapons has grown since then and there is fear that one of these weapons could fall into one of those psychotic group of people who don’t believe in hell. There is also the possibility of two of these nuclear countries to begin a fight which could escalate into such ominous situation.
It seems like mankind is heading towards suicide and there is very little anyone can do about changing such destiny…
It is like Russian roulette, where there is only one bullet in the gun and the gun chamber is spined so that those who play such a dark game do not know where the bullet is in the gun chamber. Nonetheless, it only requires one bullet to terminate the game. Such is the situation in which this world lives, and mankind, like little children are threatening to put their little finger in the electrical outlet.
There is no good news in this little article, on the contrary, it is to reenforce the truth that there will be a nuclear war. It is one of the prophecies written in The Word of God about two thousand years ago. It was written then, that two thirds of mankind would be destroyed by such a dark event. The misunderstanding comes from a lack of understanding, for the man whom God chose to have such a vision did not have any means to describe what he saw. He was a simple man, living in a time when there were no machines nor any ideas related to such contraptions as the ones he was looking at.
He did the best he could and it is for those who can understand to declare what was written.
The scientist agree that a nuclear war would send great debris into the atmosphere blocking the rays of the Sun.
“and the third part of the Sun was smitten, and the third part of the Moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.” (Rev. 8:12)
Scientist agree that a nuclear war would cause great holes in the ozone layer of the earth.
“And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the Sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men (and woman) with fire.” (Rev. 16:8)
The scientist agree that the fallout from a nuclear war would cause great (to say the least) skin disorders.
“and there fell a “noisome” and grievous sore upon men (and women)” (Rev. 16:2)
The scientist agree that the fallout of a nuclear war would turn most of the water upon the planet undrinkable.
“and the third part of the waters became “wormwood”; and many men (and women) died of the waters, because they were made “bitter.” (Rev. 8:11)
The scientist agree that the grass and trees would die because of the nuclear fallout. (Radiation)
“and the third part of the trees was burnt up, and all the green grass was burnt up.”
Read Chapter 8 of the book of Revelation
This part should be understood without any further writing, but just because we are hard to convince… Understand that John was shone events and contraptions (machines) for which his mind had no explanation, no memories, no similarities in his current life to help him explain what he was saw.
He was looking at a nuclear missile.
Chapter 9:17-19
“By these three was the third part of (mankind) killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.”
One third is killed by this event in the same hour, but another third of mankind will die from other killers brought about by the nuclear war. It is also true, as stated by Jesus Christ Himself, it will be a time of such suffering as there has never been before nor will ever be again.
There is good news, this chaotic time in mankind’s history will only be suffered by those who are left behind.
